The 3M™ Littmann® Cardiology III Stethoscope provides acoustic excellence for large and small hearts.
This stethoscope has a patented tunable diaphragm, to allow both low and high frequency sounds to be heard with either side of the chestpiece. The large side of the chestpiece is suitable for auscultating adult patients. The small side is best suited to paediatric or thin patients. Recommended for use by Cardiologists, Pulmonologists and General Practitioners. Five year warranty.
